SHIPPING

Alice Beauty Studio, is pleased to offer shipping anywhere in Canada. Our processing time starts from the moment your order is successfully submitted and may take up to 2 business days to dispatch your order. However, please be aware that processing and handling time may be extended during peak sale periods. Before we can ship your order, we may need to hold your order for payment verification and confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our very best to minimize delays.

As a result of COVID-19, there may be order processing and delivery delays.

Standard Ground (3-7 business days)

  • Over $150: Compl

Express (2-3 business days)

  • $15 shipping fee

Priority (1 business day)

  • $25 shipping fee

Plus applicable processing and handling time. Please note, remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times.

DELIVERY

Shipping windows are estimates and delivery times are not guaranteed as orders may experience unexpected delays (e.g., traffic, weather, additional payment analysis, etc.). Please allow extra time for deliveries to remote markets. When ordering, a phone number is required for the destination shipping address so our carriers can contact the recipient if required. Delivery is only available Monday through Friday, not including federal and provincial statutory holidays.

A signature will be required for orders over $350 unless you have elected to permit the carrier to deliver packages without obtaining a signature. As a precautionary method due to COVID-19, an acknowledgement from the person who receives the package may be collected in lieu of a signature at the time of delivery. In such cases, the acknowledgement by the person who received the package at the delivery address will be taken as proof of delivery. If a shipment notice is left at your door, you must collect items from the designated carrier pick up location within the pick-up window to avoid your order being returned to Holt Renfrew. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been submitted. Holt Renfrew will not be liable for loss of any package(s) for which a delivery signature or acknowledgement was not obtained in accordance with customer’s instructions to the carrier.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We will send updates regarding the status of your order to the email address you provided when placing your order, including when your item(s) ship. You can also view your order status by logging into your account if you checked out as a Registered User.

AVAILABILITY

Shipping is subject to product availability. In exceptional cases, where inventory for select items is no longer available, that item may be removed from your order and all other items will be shipped. Refer to your shipment confirmation email to review all items shipped and the amount charged to your card. Depending on the size of your items and fulfillment location, you may receive your order in multiple packages. Check your tracking information in your shipping confirmation email to determine if you should expect multiple shipments.

RESTRICTIONS

Certain aerosols and alcohol-based products, such as fragrances and nail polish, are considered hazardous materials by Transport Canada, and must be shipped using Standard Ground shipping. Perishable food items may also be subject to shipping restrictions. 

RETURNS  

Sale merchandise in its original, unused condition, with its original tags attached, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of the purchase. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged

RETURN POLICY

For reasons of hygiene and the personal safety of our customers, we regret that the following items may not be returned or exchanged: face masks. Items returned to Alice Beauty Studio via mail or courier that do not comply with this return policy will be sent back to you.

Alice Beauty Studio does not give price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Regular priced merchandise in its original, unused condition, with its original packaging, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Eligible returns can be mailed back at the customers expense or made in store or dropped off via curbside.

Regular priced merchandise in its original, undamaged and unused condition, may be returned for refund or exchanged within 14 days of the order date, plus applicable shipment time. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the shipment email or packing slip. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

ONLINE RETURN GUIDELINES

Eligible returns can be mailed back at the customers expense or made in store or dropped off via curbside. Please keep the return tracking number for your records. Refunds will not be processed until the merchandise is received by Alice Beauty Studio in accordance with our Return Policy.

Once Alice Beauty Studio  receives your return and determines that it complies with this Online Return Policy, we will refund the cost of your merchandise, plus applicable taxes, to your original method(s) of payment. Please allow 2 business days from the receipt of your return at our fulfillment centres for processing and up to 5 business days for the refund to be posted to your credit card.

Alice Beauty will not be liable for any returns received that do not comply with the return requirements. Returns that do not comply with the return requirements will be sent back to the original shipping address on the order. If this package remains unclaimed, we will not issue a refund. Any additional shipping of this product will be at the purchaser’s expense.

EXCHANGES

Subject to item availability, item(s) purchased on alicebeautystudio.com may be exchanged via mail or in-store. Simply return your item(s) and place a new order, or make a purchase in-store.

GIFT ORDERS

Online gift orders may be returned by mail or in-store. Merchandise received as a gift must be in accordance with Alice Beauty Online Return Policy and will require an order number, a pack slip, or shipping confirmation as proof of purchase.

Returns by mail:

Online gift orders returned by mail will be refunded back to the original method of payment.

Returns in store:

Online gift orders returned in-store will be refunded back to the original method of payment unless the customer requests to have it returned onto a Alice Beauty Gift Card at the point of return.
